How to get to Zoo

By Train:		From Tokyo or Ueno, board the "Asama Shinkansen" bullet train bound for Nagano. Note: not all trains stop in Ueda, confirm before purchasing ticket. At Ueda station, ask a taxi driver to take you to "Ueda Research Park, Kabushiki-gaisha Zoo". If needed, provide this local phone number: Zoo - 0268-37-1531.
By Car:		Take the Joshinetsu Expressway from Tokyo and get off at the Ueda / Sugadaira interchange. Turn right on the Ueda Bypass, go across the large bridge over the Chikuma river. Continue driving and you will see a large supermarket "MaxValu" on the left followed by KFC (Kentucy Fried Chicken). Go through an intersection with 7/11 on the right and turn left at the next traffic signal. Drive up hill past Nagano University, through the traffic signal (Kokatandai-mae) and turn left at the next road. Take the first right after that and Zoo is the 2nd company on the right hand side.
